TNP monitoring systems detected a performance impacting issue on the TNP north-west core network at 12:03, which was resolved through TNP NOC intervention by 12:19 and impacted a number of North-West based customers. An RFO will be forthcoming once a post mortem has taken place. All services should now have returned to normal.
