Dear Customers,
In order to increase core network capacity, on the 20th Nov at 23:00 until 21st Nov at 04:00, TNP will be undertaking router maintenance at one of our key peering interconnect locations in London.
Most customers should not experience significant disruption from these works as traffic will re-route onto alternative paths within the TNP network, but Internet, HSCN and Cloud services can be considered at-risk during this window. WAN services, point-to-point circuits and customers with diverse links should not be affected, except in specifically notified cases which will follow this general announcement.
