Core Router Software Upgrades

TNP will be performing core router software upgrades on Wed April 1st between 11:00pm and 03:00am. Significant disruption is not anticipated during this window as devices are failed over to redundant units during upgrades, but Internet, HSCN, Cloud and Guest Wifi/Cloudconnect services are at risk during this time (except for where resilient services/multiple circuits are provided).

CloudConnect Public WiFi Degraded performance

We are investigating potential performance issues on CloudConnect

  • We continue to investigate connectivity issues with CloudConnect, including symptoms such as certificate errors being presented.

    We have implemented a workaround to the issue but continue to investigate the underlying cause.
