TNP will be performing core router software upgrades on Wed April 1st between 11:00pm and 03:00am. Significant disruption is not anticipated during this window as devices are failed over to redundant units during upgrades, but Internet, HSCN, Cloud and Guest Wifi/Cloudconnect services are at risk during this time (except for where resilient services/multiple circuits are provided).
